Our genetic makeup, behavioral and personality traits, as well as our environment, make up who we are. I take all of that into consideration as I tailor a treatment plan that addresses your individual unique needs.
Medications such as psychotropic, mood stabilizers and antidepressants may be necessary for some. They can significantly improve symptoms and help in the recovery process. I work together with individuals to minimize use whenever possible.
The first comprehensive evaluation is a 60 minute assessment. Follow-ups are 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 2 to 4 weeks after starting medications to monitor for any adverse effects. Once stable or in remission, follow-up appointments will occur every 3 months

ADHD Assessment & Testing
For patients interested in seeing whether they have ADHD or not, Marlaine offers the following services: an ADHD diagnostic test, a comprehensive report on Marlaine’s findings and patients’ diagnosis, if ADHD is determined to be applicable, a prescription for medication to alleviate ADHD symptoms, and follow-up visits monthly to renew medication prescription.

*$200 deposit is to be paid before testing. $200 due the day of testing. The $200 deposit is nonrefundable. ADHD testing is not covered by insurance.
Follow Up Appointments
Medication management Evaluation: Review medication effectiveness, signs of adverse reactions, or new/worsening psychological problems, dosage adjustments as needed, safety plan, and short and long-term goals.

Insurance
In network with Cigna, Aetna, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Health Insurance Company, Optum, Medicare, and Medicaid (depends on state). Other insurances coming soon.
Currently, for other insurances, Voltaire Behavioral Health and Wellness, LLC is considered out-of-network. For out-of-network insurance we can provide superbill, which is a document you can submit to your insurance for billing and potential reimbursement.
